Refund Policy Users may cancel or reschedule appointments according to the policies of the selected notary. NotarySwissHub does not issue refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or rejected documentation unless the issue stems from our platform’s error. All refund claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled appointment.
Changes to Terms We may revise these Terms at any time to comply with new legal requirements, improve service delivery, or reflect operational updates. Changes will be published on this page, and your continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
